A special wood star/

Judy is our skilled head waitress who helps us out full-time here in the forest throughout the winter. She has been part of our forest family for over four years – and we simply couldn't do without her. Judy started as a young runner and has since worked her way all the way up to where she is today – as the cool, calm, and warm-hearted person we all care so much about.

She is one of four from the wonderful Alkouji family, whom we are so fortunate to have on our team. Her father, Alaa, lovingly manages the washing up and has been doing so for over 10 years. Her brother, Ghaleb, has been with us for more than 5 years, and her younger sister, Widad, started last year. A thoroughly fantastic family who have long since become part of our own.
