At Herthadalen, we specialise in hosting events all year round, but we are also open on selected days in the restaurant. True to tradition, the restaurant is open during the summer period and for holidays such as Easter, Mortens Aften (Martinmas Eve), and ”White Christmas & Light Festival”.

A stroll in the woods
In connection with your restaurant visit, we encourage you to enjoy a little excursion in the surrounding forest. Conclude your visit with a leisurely stroll around Knapsø. Follow the paths, listen to the birds, and slow down – the forest invites peace and presence.
On your way back, you're welcome to pop into our cosy farm shop, where you can buy local produce and little treats to take home.
