Remembrance get-together
Herthadalen is located in the middle of the forest in the National Park at Ledreborg Castle – a place characterised by peace, nature, and quiet. The surroundings create a safe and present setting for memorial gatherings, providing space for reflection, conversations, and shared memories in peaceful surroundings.
We can assist with serving a light lunch, followed by coffee and cake, where the pace is relaxed and presence is allowed to fill the space. At Herthadalen, we have the capacity to accommodate smaller parties. from 20 people and greater togetherness up to 130 people At Ledreborg, we have space up to 400 people. Regardless of the size of the company, we approach you with care and respect for the situation and are happy to help create a safe and cohesive framework for the day.
Memorial service in the woods
We place great importance on the day proceeding at a calm and measured pace. The venue you choose will be decorated simply with fresh flowers on the tables, and we have already adapted the serving style to suit the event, so the atmosphere remains informal and there is room for conversation and presence.
The nature surrounding us is always close by and, if desired, can serve as a quiet haven before or after the memorial service – whether it's a peaceful walk in the woods, a moment of silence by the lake, or spending time in the garden, which is naturally at your disposal.
Here, remembrance is about making space for what is – without rush and without unnecessary distractions. We are present in the background, ensuring that the setting supports the day in a safe, gentle, and caring way.

Mind ceremony

The event lasts for 3 hours.

Served directly to the tables on various platters & bowls (Family style).
Our homemade focaccia with flour from Østagergaard & rye bread.
With homemade whipped butter.
Danish farmhouse cheeses.
To accompany this, a homemade compote according to the season.

If the weather permits, you are very welcome to sit outside on the terrace and enjoy your coffee with a view of Knapsø.

All prices include room hire, table setting with white tablecloths, candles, and fresh seasonal flowers. Drinks are charged according to consumption.
