Order this year's New Year's menu

As is tradition, we have created a New Year's Eve menu that makes it easy to gather guests at home and focus on being a great host. This year's New Year's Eve menu has been composed by the Forest Kitchen's head chef and consists of 3x Snacks & 3x Courses (starter, main course & dessert). If you wish to go all out, you can also purchase oysters, caviar, Kransekage, as well as wines to match the menu.

We do all the preparatory work, meaning you only need to follow the attached instructions: heat, plate, and serve.
Each dish requires only 5–15 minutes of preparation – everything included.

Limited number of envelopes – sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Snacks

– Tartlet with scallop & lemon pearls
Celeriac mille-feuille with goat's cheese
– Croquettes with happy pig & dijonnaise

STARTER – “NEW YEAR'S COD”/

Marbled New Year cod with aromatic green pepper cream and a citrus & honey sauce.
Served with homemade bread made from flour from Østagergaard.

MAIN COURSE – ”FILLET OF PORK”/

Veal fillet with burnt apple purée, smoke-infused celeriac, red chicory & sorrel.
Served with pan-fried potatoes and demi-glace sauce with forest berries.

DESSERT – “NEW YEAR CHAMPAGNE”

Champagne sabayon with blackberry coulis, sweet-pickled blackberries, and New Year's Eve candy with shimmer and glitter.
