At Herthadalen & Ledreborg you'll find rooms and facilities for meetings and events, where nature sets the scene and peace for work comes naturally. Our meeting rooms are situated in the midst of greenery, close to the forest and lake, forming an inspiring base. From smaller management meetings with 20-130 people at Herthadalen for larger events at Ledreborg for up to 400 seated people. At Ledreborg, we have further space for set-ups in the Castle Park with over 10,000 people.
The various meeting rooms and facilities are decorated with Nordic aesthetics and simplicity, and with great respect for the surrounding nature. There is room for both contemplation, dialogue and a shared direction. Inside and outside are naturally connected, so breaks can be taken outdoors, and energy can be refound between the programme points.

Here, you'll find a range of different facilities in the midst of the National Park's tranquility – from smaller meeting rooms to larger, scalable event spaces at Ledreborg.
Our facilities provide a strong framework for everything from strategy days and workshops to conferences and team-building corporate events. Here, the day can begin with focus and immersion, and continue with shared meals, walking meetings, or outdoor activities.

Main house
The main house is our largest venue in the forest and can accommodate 70-130 people at a round table.

BIRKESTUEN
Birkestuen can accommodate 20-60 people at a round table, and is part of the Main House.

The orangery has space for 20-40 people rund tables. The Orangery is a venue we chose to build in 2018, to create a space where you sit right out in nature.

Rented accommodation
The tenant's residence consists of 2 interconnecting rooms, and one of the rooms has space for 20-40 people Round tables. In the adjacent room, there is standing reception available.

Camping
The forest tent can accommodate 30-70 people at round tables, and is a seasonal venue we offer from 1st April – 1st October.

At Slotsladen, we can accommodate up to 400 people, but by using the bordeaux curtains, the room can be made more intimate and create an ideal space for 80 – 200 people.

Slotspladsen is a magnificent outdoor space space for up to 3,000 people. The space is divided into courtyard Orkney base court – two historic farmyards.

The campsite is peacefully located along the serpentine avenue with views over the open countryside around Ledreborg.

Our bright meeting rooms are designed in harmony with their surroundings and natural light. Large windows open the rooms up to the forest, providing calm, fresh air, and focus – an environment that supports both professional concentration and shared dialogue.
The materials and furnishings are kept simple and honest, so the atmosphere feels warm and informal without compromising on professionalism.

FREE PARKING
Herthadalen & Ledreborg are centrally located on Zealand with good access roads all the way. Whether your guests are coming from Roskilde, Copenhagen or other parts of the country, access is straightforward – for both those arriving together and those driving themselves.
Free parking is available directly on site at both Herthadalen and Ledreborg, making your arrival easy and stress-free.
OUTDOOR AREAS/
Outdoors, Herthadalen & Ledreborg open up with ample space for both movement and contemplation. The green areas create natural breaks in the programme and offer the opportunity to move parts of the day outside.
The areas are ideally suited for various team-building activities, walk and talks, informal workshops, or energising breaks between meetings.
