Forest breaks

Team building & activities

We have put together a range of recommended activities that fit well into the framework at both Herthadalen and Ledreborg. Experiences rooted in nature and shared presence – from foraging tours with Unik Gindestillering, focusing on the scents and tastes of the forest, to breathwork and ice baths, which provide a clear mental and physical shift in the meeting day.

For those who would like more active elements, there's the option of clay pigeon shooting or archery, for example. The activities can be included as a social break, a common meeting point, or a standalone element that creates movement and shared experiences.

All activities will be agreed and coordinated directly between you and the individual partner, so that content, format and execution can be tailored to your needs, participant list and the day's schedule. Other desired activities are of course also welcome, the following should simply be seen as inspiration for activities.

Storytelling in the woods

Book a special guided tour

There are many options for activities in the National Park all year round, and we have several historical gems within easy reach. Herthadalen is surrounded by protected forest and unique wildlife and holds a large amount of Danish cultural heritage.

With Ledreborg Manor and Sagnlandet Lejre as your closest neighbours, there's also an opportunity to integrate historical and cultural elements into your meeting day.

A tour of Ledreborg Castle or a guided experience in Sagnlandet adds an extra dimension and gives participants something to unite them – even after the day has ended.
