Hold company events at Ledreborg
Events at Ledreborg
Ledreborg is a unique event setting, and an obvious choice for those who want a different backdrop for their next special event. The estate offers unique scalable capacity, which means there are many possibilities. At Ledreborg, events can unfold in both intimate and magnificent formats – depending on your needs, content, and ambitions.
The slot arcade forms a beautiful setting for seated gala dinners and larger gatherings with up to 400 guests. The Slotspladsen opens its doors for conferences and corporate events in a marquee, where the history and architecture become an active part of the experience. And throughout the castle grounds, there are opportunities to host larger trade fairs and outdoor events with a capacity of over 10,000 guests daily.
Hold a corporate event at a historic country estate
Ledreborg has been run with agriculture and forestry for generations, but has also provided a setting for both small and large corporate events for many years. The historic buildings, the open castle courtyard and the surrounding castle park together create a special harmony, where the surroundings actively contribute to the experience.
There is space for events here where the surroundings are allowed to play a part – whether it's product launches and daytime conferences in the Castle Barn, larger company events and concerts in a marquee on the castle grounds, or atmospheric company Christmas markets, where both the Castle Barn and the castle grounds are naturally linked together.
Ledreborg offers the opportunity to think big, without losing the sense of presence, history, and personal hospitality.
UNIQUE LOCATIONS
At Ledreborg, we have a number of distinctive rooms at our disposal. Each has its own unique characteristics and facilities – and they all share the commonality of being part of a larger cultural-historical monument.
With premises and spaces that can accommodate anything from 80 to +25,000 people, a unique setting is offered for activities and events, centrally located on Zealand and close to Copenhagen.
HISTORIC SURROUNDINGS
Ledreborg Palace was built in 1740 by Count Johan Ludvig Holstein-Ledreborg, then a minister under Christian VI, and for over 280 years, the palace has been the setting for major events.
The castle is still owned by the Holstein-Ledreborg family, and the current owner, Silvia Munro, is the 8th generation at the estate.
PROFESSIONAL RAMMERS/
Compared to a standard conference room, Ledreborg's historical setting contributes to a different experience among guests – while still possessing modern facilities.
The historic buildings contribute character and narrative, while today's facilities ensure smooth and professional execution.
Seasonal Menu
At Herthadalen & Ledreborg Skovkøkken, we work based on the concept People and Meals, where local produce, quality, and organic are at the heart of it.
Our menus are inspired by the season – with greens from Herthamarken, herbs from the forest, and meat from animals that have had a good life. For us, animal welfare and taste are inextricably linked.
Nordic Aesthetics
At our place, food isn't just about taste – it also needs to look good. We care about aesthetics and are inspired by Nordic simplicity.
The colours are kept natural, the expression is clean, and we only use what makes sense for the dish. We source flowers and herbs as much as possible from our own herb garden or from the forest around us.
A place with attitude
In the forest, we make conscious choices – especially when it comes to what we serve our guests. For example, we use locally tapped tap water instead of expensive imported bottled water.
For us, sustainability isn't about symbolism, but about everyday action. Small choices that make sense and, all together, make a difference. We strive to be a place where responsibility, quality, and thoughtfulness go hand in hand – naturally & without pointing fingers.
Personal hosting
At Herthadalen & Ledreborg, we put people first. Our guests' experiences are our primary focus, and we are passionate about creating a place with room for presence, tranquility, and a connection to the earth.
The aim is to create a place where people and meals meet in community – and to provide the setting for life’s great celebrations: from the small moments of everyday life to life’s major events.

THE SLOTS OF LEDREBORG
The Slotsladen is a room with history in its walls and volume in its experience. The visible, original wooden beams, the red bricks and the 9-metre high ceiling create an atmosphere that is both raw and magnificent at the same time. Here, you can feel the past, but with space for today's meetings, parties and formats. A venue that stands strong on its own and lends character to the event from the very first moment.
With its flexible layout, Slotsladen can be adapted to your needs – from conferences and product presentations to gala dinners, exhibitions, and larger company events. The heavy burgundy curtains can create room within a room, screen off areas, or bring people together, and the views of the castle and surrounding grounds add an extra dimension to the experience.

Hold your own Christmas market at Ledreborg
A company Christmas market at Ledreborg is an occasion for gathering in a way that feels easy and informal. With the castle square, castle stables, and historical surroundings as a backdrop, the market unfolds at a pace that allows for presence, small experiences, and shared moments – from warming drinks and Christmas scents to activities that invite both young and old alike.
Here, the Christmas market becomes a shared focal point, where the year can wind down at its own pace – with presence, warmth, and space to share the small moments of Christmas together. A place where you can explore, meet across departments, and share Christmas traditions in surroundings that are both atmospheric and historical.
