140 participants arrived by bicycle through the historic avenue to Ledreborg Estate – setting the tone for a day where movement and community were in focus. At the Cow Barn, the day kicked off with a light, vegan breakfast in the open air. Afterwards, the participants headed out on cycling and running routes in the landscape surrounding the estate.

At lunch everyone gathered again. The menu was vegan cup food – informal and flexible, featuring everything from grilled vegetables to fresh salads and light desserts. The setup combined indoor and outdoor spaces with seating in the Kostalden and lounge areas outside. A juice bar, coffee and snacks were available all day, creating a natural flow between activity and breaks.
