Woodland tent

The magical forest tipi. The forest tipi can accommodate 30-70 people at round tables and is a seasonal venue we offer from 1 April – 1 October. The forest tipi is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest and connected to our large lawn. The magical tipi is a venue that combines the raw outdoor element with a clear luxurious finesse – and invites you into a very special atmosphere. A memorable one at that.

In the area surrounding the forest tent, we have arranged a cosy campfire pit – as well as an additional small tipi, from which you can enjoy a welcome drink under cover upon arrival or drink your coffee after dinner.

The forest tent is not rented out separately (without food & drink).

Among the treetops

The forest tent is located at the edge of the forest – surrounded by tall trees & forest floor. Here, nature is not just a backdrop, but a very big part of the experience.

Magical atmosphere

The forest tent balances simplicity and atmosphere. With candles, long tables, and personal details, the space can be shaped to feel both relaxed and special at the same time.

Festival under the tent

The forest tent gives the feeling of being outdoors – in the middle of the forest – but without compromising on comfort. The tent is equipped with a heat source and flexible side closures, so the space can function as well as possible – whatever the weather.

FLASHING LIGHTS

When darkness falls, the fairy lights really come into their own, and the tent changes character. The atmosphere becomes magical and informal, the music is allowed to fill the space, and the evening can stretch long into the night.

Premises in the forest

FROM INTIMATE TO GRAND

Herthadalen offers several different settings – from intimate lounges to grand halls. Each location has its own character, special qualities, and capacity. In addition to the Main House, you can hold your celebrations in the Orangery with a view of the sky, or in the Forest Tent, where nature is brought very close.

Whether you are hosting many guests or wish for more of a castle-like atmosphere, we also have access to the grand halls at Ledreborg Palace.
