Pavilions

The red thatched idyll. The beautiful red cottage building can accommodate 70 people at round tables. The pavilion has its own large terrace overlooking Knapsø and the garden, where it is ideal to enjoy a welcome drink or coffee after dinner.

The pavilion is furnished with a consistent Nordic aesthetic and, compared to the Main House, has integrated a much higher degree of white in the décor. A bright function room from which the surrounding nature can easily be incorporated and enjoyed by simply opening the doors – and stepping out onto its own covered terrace with large parasols.

The pavilion is not rented out separately (without food & drink).

THE RED IDYLL

The pavilion is a thatched “cottage” building in the middle of the forest – a special and atmospheric setting for your day. Here, warmth, tranquility, and aesthetics meet in a space that in itself creates a sense of presence and mindfulness.

LYST & NORDISK/

The interior design is in a bright, Nordic style with calm hues and a simple aesthetic. Here, the light is allowed to fill the room, and the details stand out sharply without overpowering.

From the Pavilion, you step directly out onto your own large terrace overlooking Knapsø. This is the perfect spot to start with a welcome drink, get some fresh air during your day, or enjoy your coffee after dinner.

Inside and out/

Here, inside and outside blend naturally. The doors open out onto the terrace and the greenery around you, allowing nature to be close by – and a part of your day.

Premises in the forest

FROM INTIMATE TO GRAND

Herthadalen offers several different settings – from intimate lounges to grand halls. Each location has its own character, special qualities, and capacity. In addition to the Main House, you can hold your celebrations in the Orangery with a view of the sky, or in the Forest Tent, where nature is brought very close.

Whether you are hosting many guests or wish for more of a castle-like atmosphere, we also have access to the grand halls at Ledreborg Palace.
