UNIQUE LOCATIONS

At Ledreborg, we have a number of distinctive rooms at our disposal. Each has its own unique characteristics and facilities – and they all share the commonality of being part of a larger cultural-historical monument.

With premises and spaces that can accommodate anything from 80 to +25,000 people, a unique setting is offered for activities and events, centrally located on Zealand and close to Copenhagen.

HISTORIC SURROUNDINGS

Ledreborg Palace was built in 1740 by Count Johan Ludvig Holstein-Ledreborg, then a minister under Christian VI, and for over 280 years, the palace has been the setting for major events.

The castle is still owned by the Holstein-Ledreborg family, and the current owner, Silvia Munro, is the 8th generation at the estate.

PROFESSIONAL RAMMERS/

Compared to a standard conference room, Ledreborg's historical setting contributes to a different experience among guests – while still possessing modern facilities.

The historic buildings contribute character and narrative, while today's facilities ensure smooth and professional execution.

Seasonal Menu

At Herthadalen & Ledreborg Skovkøkken, we work based on the concept People and Meals, where local produce, quality, and organic are at the heart of it.

Our menus are inspired by the season – with greens from Herthamarken, herbs from the forest, and meat from animals that have had a good life. For us, animal welfare and taste are inextricably linked.

Nordic Aesthetics

At our place, food isn't just about taste – it also needs to look good. We care about aesthetics and are inspired by Nordic simplicity.

The colours are kept natural, the expression is clean, and we only use what makes sense for the dish. We source flowers and herbs as much as possible from our own herb garden or from the forest around us.

A place with attitude

In the forest, we make conscious choices – especially when it comes to what we serve our guests. For example, we use locally tapped tap water instead of expensive imported bottled water.

For us, sustainability isn't about symbolism, but about everyday action. Small choices that make sense and, all together, make a difference. We strive to be a place where responsibility, quality, and thoughtfulness go hand in hand – naturally & without pointing fingers.

Personal hosting

At Herthadalen & Ledreborg, we put people first. Our guests' experiences are our primary focus, and we are passionate about creating a place with room for presence, tranquility, and a connection to the earth.

The aim is to create a place where people and meals meet in community – and to provide the setting for life’s great celebrations: from the small moments of everyday life to life’s major events.

ORDER BROCHURE

Are you considering bringing people together for something special – in the middle of the woods, where nature is allowed to be a co-creator of the atmosphere? At Ledreborg Palace, we create the setting for events of a special nature, and where guests often leave with more than when they arrived.

In our various Ledreborg brochures, we have gathered inspiration for how an event in the forest can take shape. From the different rooms and outdoor settings – to the food, atmosphere, and the small details that make the experience complete.

Whether it's a company event, a wedding or a milestone celebration, the brochures offer an insight into the possibilities for holding an event at Ledreborg. We hope you enjoy the (inspirational) reading.

NB! Our brochures are sent out automatically – which is why some may find them landing in their spam folder. Please keep a close eye out 🙂
