The Orangery

Sit amidst nature. The Orangery can accommodate 40 people at round tables. The Orangery is a venue we chose to build in 2018 to create a space where you can.

The Orangery has its own large terrace overlooking our newly planted berry garden, where it's ideal to enjoy your welcome drink or coffee at the set-up cafe tables.

The Orangery is not rented out separately (without food & drink).

LIGHT & AIR

The orangery is bathed in daylight from all sides. The large glass panes draw the sky and seasons right into the room, creating an airiness where both atmosphere and company can unfold.

Close to Nature

Here you are sitting in the middle of the forest – without being outdoors. Tree canopies, changing light, and the colours of the season become a natural part of the experience, contributing a sense of calm that can be felt throughout the room.

FOREST AESTHETIC/

The orangery is a mood in itself. The light constructions, the green surroundings and the play of light in the glass create a space that requires very little – and yet feels complete. Here, both table settings and details are allowed to stand out sharply in a simple and natural setting.

New Year Season

Regardless of the season, the Orangery has its own character. From bright summer evenings to autumn's golden hues and winter's quiet, clear light – the space transforms with nature, giving each event its own expression.

The atmosphere can't quite be explained – it has to be felt. That's why you are always welcome to stop by and see it all for yourselves. We dare to promise that you won't regret it.

Premises in the forest

FROM INTIMATE TO GRAND

Herthadalen offers several different settings – from intimate lounges to grand halls. Each location has its own character, special qualities, and capacity. In addition to the Main House, you can hold your celebrations in the Orangery with a view of the sky, or in the Forest Tent, where nature is brought very close.

Whether you are hosting many guests or wish for more of a castle-like atmosphere, we also have access to the grand halls at Ledreborg Palace.
